As Diversity and Inclusion Officer you will be responsible for promoting the inclusion of under represented groups in football across the Region.
You will be required to work efficiently and effectively with internal and external organisations to support the increased Diversity and Inclusion aims within other East Region Quality Mark Clubs.
The role will act as a figure head for Equity football in the East Region and the key contact for Scottish FA Equity work.
You should have proven experience of sports development, preferably in community football clubs, and with harder to reach groups.
You are required to possess at least a Scottish FA Level 1 Coaching qualification and be educated to a HND and have relevant experience in a similar position.
You need to be self-motivated, imaginative, display leadership and have an enthusiastic manner. It is essential that you demonstrate your ability to work independently and as part of a team.
You will also be required to work under pressure with all people no matter their ability, background or additional support requirements. It is also desirable that you are willing to work flexible hours, have access to a car for business use and be in possession of a current driving licence.

Welcome to Letham FC, which is the footballing arm of Letham CommUNITY Sports Club.
The club was founded in 1960 and over the years has played a prominent role in the development of youth football within Perth, growing as a club to encompass 22 teams of varying ages and for both boys and girls.
Letham is now one of the biggest clubs in the east of Scotland and is pioneering in the fact that it is the first community club in Perth with a catchment area not only including Letham but also the neighbouring estates of Burghmuir, Oakbank, Western Edge, Tulloch, Hillyland etc. All teams train and play their home games on our 3G pitch at Seven Acres Park, Newhouse Road, Letham.
