Letham Community Sports Club


Letham Coaches (sponsored by Scottish Co-op Community Fund)   Can you spare a couple of hours a week to help with coaching a football team; or could you see yourself running a team of your own? In return for an hour or two of your time each week Letham will invest in developing you to coach to the highest accredited standards. Letham Tot’s Soccer School (sponsored by Struan Motors, Crieff Road) The soccer school for boys and girls in primaries one, two and three continues at 9.00a.m. on the all-weather 3G pitch at Seven Acres every Saturday. Cost is £2. Please wear boots and shin guards and bring a drink.  If arriving by car please use car park via Balgowan Road entrance. No need to pre-book.


Letham Amateurs (sponsored by Trev’s House of Tattoos, Saints Social Club, Alexis Rose, Howdens Joinery, BVG Joinery, DRC Contracts, Sidey) Last week the ammies were to Fairfield in the Perth and District Cup and advanced to the semi finals with a 13-0 win. A midweek game away to Ballinluig on Tuesday ended with a 3-1 win to Letham. This week away to St Johns in the league.


Letham 1995 (sponsored by Perthshire Flooring) Last week the 95’s won 3-2 against the Moncrieff Arms. No game this week.


Letham U19 Sky Blue (sponsored by Montana Restoration) DDYFA’s Easter Break along with free weeks have seen the U19’s on an extended break. Dave will be looking to keep the boys match fit with some additional training or friendlies.


Letham U16 Tangerine 1999 (sponsored by John Gillespie, Hairdresser, St. John Street) Last week the PKYFA called an Easter Break so no game for the 99’s till the 19th April. Thomas will advise training arrangements


Letham U15 Tangerine 2000 (sponsored by Graham & Sibbald/ Drainco (Scotland) Ltd)  A well deserved Easter Break for the lads again this week. Next game for the U15’s will be on the 19th April. Sandy will advise training arrangements.


Letham Tangerine U14 2001 (sponsored by New Today, Furniture Centre, Canal Street) This week no game again due to the Easter Break. Next game will be the 19th April. Ian will advise training arrangements.


Letham Tangerine 2002 (sponsored by McDonald’s, RGW Play Area Maint. Ltd., D Peebles, Electrical Contractor) A free two week for the boys for Easter will see them play their next game on the 19th April. Training details will be advised by Wilson.


Letham Sky Blue 2002 (sponsored by MKM Building Merchants) A second week of Easter break this weekend for the Sky Blues. Next game is 19th April, meantime Ricky will advise training times.


Letham Tangerine 2003 (sponsored by Vending Services Ltd,) Easter break means the Tangies will not have a game now till 19th April. Coaching as normal tonight from 6.00p.m.


Letham White 2003 (sponsored by China, China, St. Leonards Bridge) No game this week due to Easter Break. Coaching each Wednesday at 6.00p.m.


Letham Tangerine 2004 (sponsored by Carpet Discount Store, Friarton, Perth) No game this week due to Easter Break. Coaching sessions on Tuesday evenings from 6.00p.m.


Letham Sky Blue 2004 (sponsored by John Tainsh, Convenience Store,) No game this week due to Easter Break. Coaching sessions on Wednesday evenings from 6.00p.m.             


Letham 2004 White (sponsored by Tower Veterinary Centre) No game this week due to Easter Break. Coaching sessions on Tuesday evening from 6.00p.m. This team would be interested in hearing from unattached players.

Letham 2006 Tangerine (sponsored by Anonymous Donor raising awareness for Perth Autism Support) The Tangies had their first game last weekend at home against Bridge of Earn. No game this week due to Easter Break. Training Friday at 7pm.


Letham 2006 Sky Blue (sponsored by McDonald’s) With registration being completed this week the Sky Blues will kick off their games after Easter. Training on Friday at 7pm.


Letham Girls U17 s (sponsored by Alex O’Brien, Contractor. Kilmac Group, Kelly Communications) A free week last week and Easter Break this week will see the girls well rested for their next game. Training will be on Monday and Thursday nights 5.45-7pm.


Letham Girls U15 (sponsored by MP & H McDonald, Plumbing & Heating) A free week last week and Easter Break this week will see the girls well rested for their next game. Training Monday and Thursday nights 5.45-7.


Letham Girls U13 (sponsored by Aviva) Last week the U13’s were away to face Real Fife.  This week is a free week for Easter.Training on Thursday night 5.45-7.pm


Letham Girls U13 Tangies Juniors Last week the U13 Juniors were home to Kinross Colts, this weekma free week for Easter. Training Monday night 5.45-7pm.


Letham Girls U11 White (sponsored by Nawaabs Restaurant) The U11’s were away to Bayside Blaze last week. This week a free week for Easter. Training on Monday night 5.45-7.   


Letham Girls U9 are training hard and looking forward to entering their own festivals in the near future. They train on a Monday night 5.45-7

Pay to Play Letham in conjunction with Active Schools offer school kids in primaries four to seven an opportunity every Tuesday from 3.30 till 5.00 p.m. to play football on their new state of the art all-weather pitch at Seven Acres Park, Newhouse Road, Letham for a £1. with qualified football coaches. Best to wear boots and wear warm clothing. No need to pre-book.


Walking Football Letham in conjunction with Live Active invite women and men to play walking football has recommenced on Friday’s between 11.15 am and 12.15 p.m. at the Letham Centre, Tweedsmuir Road, Letham. More information from Bill Ellis on 07957864289
