Letham Amateurs (sponsored by Trev’s House of Tattoos, Saints Social Club, Alexis Rose, Howdens Joinery,DRC Contracts, Sidey)  It was a case of so near yet so far in the sixth round Scottish Cup tie at Seven Acres when the visitors Stenhousemuir Community scored in the last minute to equalise and deny the Tangerines a place in the last sixteen. All credit to the home goalkeeper Baird who had an outstanding game. Many thanks to the big attendance for their support of the team. Tomorrow the replay takes place at Stenhousemuir.

Letham 1995 (sponsored by Perthshire Flooring)   Weather permitting the team have a home league game against Buddies. However there are pitch problems at Seven Acres.

Letham U19 Sky Blue (sponsored by Montana Restoration) Game last weekend in Dundee was postponed. On Sunday away to Dee Club. Dave will advise travel arrangements.

Letham 1999 Tangerines  (sponsored by John Gillespie, Hairdresser, St.John Street)  Ground conditions caused last week’s fixture to be postponed. On Sunday a home game against Stanley Socca.

Letham 2000 Tangerines (sponsored by Graham & Sibbald/ Drainco (Scotland) Ltd)  Game against Tay Thistle was postponed. On Sunday away to Luncarty for a league game.

Letham 2001 Tangerines (sponsored by New Today, Furniture Centre, Canal Street) The quarter final tie for the J Duffy Cup at Kirrie has been rescheduled for this Sunday.

Letham 2002 Tangerines (sponsored by McDonald’s, RGW Play Area Maint. Ltd., D Peebles, Electrical Contractor) Last week’s game at Jeanfield red was postponed. On Sunday away to Scone.

Letham 2002 Sky Blues (sponsored by MKM Building Merchants)  The team were awarded the points last week against Crieff. On Sunday the team travels across the city to play Jeanfield Swifts Black.

Letham 2003 Tangerines (sponsored by Vending Services Ltd) Coaching as normal tonight from 6.00p.m.

Letham 2003 Whites (sponsored by China, China, St. Leonards Bridge) The team is preparing for the new season when they go to eleven a side. Coaching each Wednesday at 6.00p.m.

Letham 2006 Sky Blues (sponsored by McDonald’s)The new team manager will be in place tomorrow for the training session at Seven Acres at 9.00am

Letham Girls U17 s (sponsored by by Alex O’Brien, Contractor. Kilmac Group, Kelly Communications)  At the Festival last weekend the team defeated Monifieth and drew with Forfar. It is likely the team will pull out of the Festival this weekend due to the number of injuries.

Letham Girls U15 (sponsored by MP & H McDonald, Plumbing & Heating) Very impressive play from the girls at the festival last weekend despite drawing with Tayside and losing to quality sides Forfar and Raith Rovers by the odd goal. The team looks forward to Sunday when they are next in action from 10.00a.m.   

Letham Girls U13 (sponsored by Aviva)   The girls had a tough draw in the festival last weekend losing to Hibs and Real Fife but drawing with Dunfermline. They can be very proud of their performances. Tomorrow the Festival continues between 12 and 2.00p.m.

Letham Girls U13 Juniors  Despite winning one and losing two games last weekend this very young team played well.

Letham Girls U11 Tangerine (sponsored Nawaabs Restaurant)   The girls were just fantastic last weekend at the Festival. Passing well, scoring great goals and the keeper making great saves

Letham Girls U9 training as normal on Monday evening from 5.45 p.m. to 7.00p.m.

Letham Girls U9 and Letham Girls Soccer School.  Any girl aged eight year old or younger is welcome to attend special coaching courses on Monday evening at Seven Acres Park from 6.45 p.m. till 7.00p.m.

The soccer school for boys and girls in primaries one, two and three continues at 9.00a.m. on the all-weather 3G pitch at Seven Acres tomorrow Saturday. Cost is £2. Please wear boots and shin guards and bring a drink.  If arriving by car please use car park via Balgowan Road entrance. No need to pre-book.

Letham Coaches (sponsored by Scottish Co-op Community Fund)  Would like to hear from volunteers willing to give up some of their spare time and become a coach to one of our younger teams. Pay to Play

Letham in conjunction with Active Schools offer school kids in primaries four to seven an opportunity every Tuesday from 3.30 till 5.00 p.m. to play football on their new state of the art all-weather pitch at Seven Acres Park, Newhouse Road, Letham for a £1. with qualified football coaches. Best to wear boots, shin pads and wear warm clothing. No need to pre-book.

Walking Football   

Letham in conjunction with Live Active invite women and men to play walking football has recommenced on Friday’s between 11.15 am and 12.15 p.m. at the Letham Centre, Tweedsmuir Road, Letham. More information from Bill Ellis on 07957864289
