Letham Community Sports Club
Letham Amateurs (sponsored by Saints Social Club, Barossa Street. Tower Ridge Adventure Clothing. DRC Contracts, Sidey Glaziers) In the pre-season friendly at Almondbank the Tangerines were in fine form and thank Bridgeton United for the opportunity to test out the players. On Saturday at Kinrossie the team is delighted to play for the annual Gerry Barker Memorial Trophy. Game kicks off at 2.00p.m. and players meet clubhouse at 12.30 p.m.
Letham U19 Sky Blues (sponsored by Montana Restoration,) Pre-season training well under way and this Sunday a home game against Kincardine.
Letham Tangerines 1999 (sponsored by John Gillespie, Hairdresser, St.John Street) Broxburn is the venue this weekend as they are taking part in the Broxburn Athletic Colts tournament on Sunday.
Letham Whites 1999 (sponsored by Alex O’Brien, Contractor. Kilmac Group, Kelly Communications) Training continues on Wednesday evening from 6 to 7.30 p.m. at Oakbank Park.
Letham Tangerines 2000 (sponsored by Graham & Sibbald/ Drainco (Scotland) Ltd) The team will be playing in the Perth and Kinross League this season and will be seeking additional players born 2000 or 2001. Interested players should contact Sandy Malcolm on 07841528036

Letham Tangerines 2004 (sponsored by Carpet Discount Store, Friarton, Perth) Training for the new season continues on Tuesday night with Tony.
Letham 2005 Tangerines (sponsored by Sportsmatch,Meldrum Construction, Perthshire Glazing Co.) Players please note that training now takes place on Thursday evenings from 6 - 7.00 p.m. The team also requires a coach to assist with the player’s development. Letham Tot’s Soccer School (sponsored by Struan Motors, Crieff Road)The Soccer School at Seven Acres Park, Newhouse Road, Letham. Boys and girls in primaries one and two continue at 10.00a.m. and primary three follows at 11.00a.m. Please wear football boots, shin pads and bring a drink. Cost remains at £2.00. It is intended that the school will continue on Saturday’s throughout the holiday period.

Last Thursday the club invited local residents to visit the new installation and the opportunity to question the main contractor on any issues. Completion date is still set for end of August. A booking system for the facility is now live and is available on line through the club’s web site www.lethamfc.com

Trials
Letham U 15 Tangerines are holding trials for boys born in the year 2000 or 2001. The trials will be tomorrow Saturday 9th August at 10.30 a.m. They will take place at the Viewpoint, Western Edge. Please wear boots. Ask for Sandy.
