Letham Amateurs (sponsored by Saints Social Club, Barossa Street. Tower Ridge Adventure Clothing. DRC Contracts) At Burrelton last Saturday the Tangies scored nine goals without reply to maintain their challenge for league honours. Tomorrow they play Fairfield in a quarter final tie for the Perthshire Cup.

Letham 1995 (sponsored by Perthshire Flooring) The team got back to winning ways against Dunbarney Rovers with a fine three goals to two victory. This sets up nicely their Consolation Cup final against the same opponents. No game this weekend.

Letham U17 Sky Blue (sponsored by Montana Restoration,) The friendlies arranged this week didn’t go too well with the first postponed due to the weather and the second recorded a three goal to two defeat. No game this weekend.

Letham U15 Tangerine (sponsored by John Gillespie, Hairdresser, St.John Street) The game against Kinnoull was postponed due to the visitors unable to raise a team. No game on Sunday.

Letham U15 White (sponsored by Ian Robertson, Joiner/ McCormack Dev/SSE, George Barrie Landscapes) The Whites for the second week running turned in a good performance. This time at Aberfeldy where they defeated Breadalbane Strathtay by four goals to one. No fixture this weekend.

Letham U14 Tangerine 2000 (sponsored by Graham & Sibbald/ Drainco (Scotland) Ltd) The game at Scone last Sunday was postponed at the last minute due to a waterlogged pitch. No game this weekend.

Letham Tangerine U13 2001 (sponsored by New Today, Furniture Centre, Canal Street) In a hard fought semi-final against Scone the Tangies came out on top winning by two goals to one. Earlier in the week the team secured three precious points when they defeated Breadalbane by four goals to two at Aberfeldy to go top of the league. No game this weekend

Letham Tangerine 2002 (sponsored by McDonald’s, RGW Play Area Maint. Ltd., D Peebles, Electrical Contractor) Game against Jeanfield Black was postponed. The team will now enjoy an Easter break.

Letham Sky Blue 2002 (sponsored by Johnston Carmichael, Tay Street) The team enjoyed an even home game last week against Blairgowrie. The team will now enjoy an Easter break.

Letham Tangerine 2003 (sponsored by Vending Services Ltd,) Last Sunday’s game was played earlier in the week against Jeanfield. The team will now enjoy an Easter break. Letham White 2003 (sponsored by China, China, St. Leonards Bridge) The team enjoyed their visit to Errol. The team will now enjoy an Easter break.

Letham Tangerine 2004 (sponsored by Carpet Discount Store, Friarton, Perth) The team visited Pitfour this week and playing a fine passing game pleased their supporters. The team will now enjoy an Easter break.

Letham 2005 Tangerine (sponsored by Sportsmatch, Meldrum Construction, Perthshire Glazing Co.) The game against Crieff was postponed. The team will now enjoy an Easter break. Training continues on Saturday morning at Seven Acres from 11.00a.m.

Letham 2005 White The club is very close to fielding yet another young team. Training continues with Jerry on Wednesday evening at Seven Acres from 5.00p.m.

Letham Girls U15 (sponsored by MP & H McDonald, Plumbing & Heating) The team visited Tayside Ladies last Saturday and at half time were down by three goals to one. After the interval however they rallied and ran out winners by the odd goal in eleven. This week the girls have enjoyed the special training camp set up by Fiona.

Letham Girls U13 (sponsored by Aviva) No game last week. This week the girls have enjoyed the special training camp set up by Fiona.

Letham Girls U11 (sponsored by R.A.S.C. R.C.T. Association) No game last week. This week the girls have enjoyed the special training camp set up by Fiona.

Letham Tot’s Soccer School (sponsored by Struan Motors, Crieff Road) Reminder that the Soccer School is now at Seven Acres Park, Newhouse Road, Letham. Boys and girls in primaries one and two continues at 10.00a.m. and primary three follows at 11.00a.m. All the usual coaches will be in attendance. Please wear football boots, shin pads and bring a drink. Cost remains at £2.00

Letham Coaches (sponsored by Scottish Co-op Community Fund) Would like to hear from volunteers willing to give up some of their spare time and become a coach to one of our younger teams.
