DRC Contracts) Tomorrow at Seven Acres the team entertain Methven in the third round of the Ashleigh Cup. It is a considerable time since the teams last played each other and weather permitting both sets of supporters look forward to an exciting game. Letham 1995 (sponsored by A & S Properties, County Place) The team for the third time of asking hope the Consolation Cup tie against Star Bar takes place at Seven Acres on Sunday with a 10.30 a.m. kick off. Letham U17 Sky Blue (sponsored by Montana Restoration,) A last minute equaliser last week at Tayport denied the Sky Blues a win which on play would have been deserved. A trip to Carnoustie is required on Sunday for a league encounter. Letham U15 Tangerine (sponsored by John Gillespie, Hairdresser, St.John Street) Last week’s game was postponed due to pitch waterlogged. On Sunday it is derby day with the Whites as “visitors†Letham U15 White (sponsored by Ian Robertson, Joiner/ McCormack Dev/SSE) As Seven Acres was waterlogged last weekend the game with Kinnoull was postponed. It is hoped that conditions improve for this Sunday when the team faces the Tangerines. Letham U14 Tangerine 2000 (sponsored by Graham & Sibbald/ Drainco (Scotland) Ltd) Disappointment last week at Scone as game called off at the last moment. On Sunday the team are away to Blairgowrie. Sandy will advise travel arrangements. Letham Tangerine U13 2001 (sponsored by New Today, Furniture Centre, Canal Street) Game at Meigle last week was postponed. This Sunday away to Luncarty for a league match. Letham Tangerine 2002 (sponsored by McDonald’s, RGW Play Area Maint. Ltd., D Peebles, Electrical Contractor) Winter training continues in preparation for the new season. Letham Sky Blue 2002 (sponsored by Johnston Carmichael, Tay Street) Winter training continues in preparation for the new season. Letham Tangerine 2003 (sponsored by Alliance Property Services) The special sessions at Crieff last week went well as the team prepares for the new season. Tomorrow weather permitting the team will be holding trials. Letham White 2003 (sponsored by China, China, St. Leonards Bridge) Winter training continues in preparation for the new season. Letham Sky Blue 2004 (sponsored by John Tainsh, Convenience Store,) Winter training continues on Monday evening at Perth High School from 6.00p.m. Now that a new backroom team has been appointed and in place the team can look forward to the new season with confidence. Letham 2005/06 (sponsored by Sportsmatch,Meldrum Construction, Perthshire Glazing Co.) Training has now moved to the all-weather pitch at Perth High School from 11.00a.m. on Saturday’s. Fiona will confirm arrangements. Letham Girls U13 (sponsored by Aviva) The team played in a festival at Loch Leven Campus, Kinross last week with mixed results. Special mention to new goalkeeper who had some cracking saves. Letham Girls U11 (sponsored by R.A.S.C. R.C.T. Association) The team played in a festival at Loch Leven Campus, Kinross last weekend and put in encouraging performances Letham Tot’s Soccer School (sponsored by Struan Motors, Crieff Road) The Soccer School for boys and girls in primaries 1 and 2 continues tomorrow at 10.00a.m. in the Sports Hall at Perth High School. Boys and girls in primary three continues at 11.00a.m. at the same venue. Please bring a drink and wear suitable footwear for indoor. Cost is £2. Ask for Daryn or Michael.
