North Inch Community Campus - Block Booking Applications

In case you may have missed the recent article in the local press, Live Active Leisure is inviting community groups, sports clubs and individuals in the community of Perth who are interested in placing a block booking application for the outdoor pitches at the North Inch Community Campus to submit their application of interest for the winter season, September 2012 to March 2013. Applications will only be accepted by completing a block booking form and I am attaching a form, together with the terms and conditions. Applications should be received no later than Sunday 27 May.
