Letham Amateurs (sponsored by Sportsters, 6-8, So. Methven Street) A league defeat of five goals to nil at St John’s last Thursday was followed by an unlucky defeat of three goals to two in the quarter final of the Ashleigh Cup on Saturday. Tomorrow they are again on the South Inch this time against Roselea in the quarter final of the Perth & District Cup. Meet Pavilion at South Inch by 1.00p.m. Letham U19’s (sponsored by Taziker Industrial Ltd., Horwich) A home game on Sunday against Kirrie in the J Cord League Cup. Meet clubhouse at 12.45 p.m. Letham U17 Tangerine (sponsored by Corinna Hotel) On Sunday on the South Inch the Tangerines will have a very interesting quarter final against high flying Ferry. Meet South Inch pavilion at 12.45 p.m. Letham U17 White (sponsored by A & S Properties, County Place) As their league programme is nearly complete the team entertains Carnoustie at Seven Acres on Sunday. Meet clubhouse at 12.45 p.m. Letham U15 Tangerine (sponsored by Sidey Glaziers Ltd, Feus Road) No game this weekend. Letham U15 White (sponsored by Murthly Sawmill, Kingswood, Murthly) The team are off to the Lang Toun on Sunday for a league game against the local Juniors. Stewart will advise travel arrangements. Letham U15 Sky Blue (sponsored by Montana Restoration,) No game this weekend. Letham U13 Tangerine (sponsored by John Gillespie, Hairdresser, St.John Street) On Sunday Breadalbane Strathtay Blues are visitors to Seven Acres for a league encounter. Thomas will advise timings. Letham U13 White (sponsored by John B Tainsh, Convenience Store, Rannoch Road) The team are back at Meigle on Sunday to play a first round cup tie for the Christopher Walker Memorial Cup.
